Terms of Service

Reservations can be made online, by phone or by email. A booking is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us. Please provide accurate pickup times, addresses, passenger counts and flight details.

• Quoted rates include the vehicle and chauffeur for the service booked.
• Gratuity, tolls, parking, airport fees and wait time may be added unless stated as included.
• Hourly service is subject to a minimum and billed in [INCREMENT] increments after that.
• A valid card is required to hold every reservation. Corporate accounts may be invoiced.

• Sedans and SUVs: free cancellation up to [X] hours before pickup.
• Sprinters and larger vehicles: free cancellation up to [X] hours before pickup.
• Late cancellations and no shows are charged the full fare.
• Changes are subject to availability and may change the fare.

Airport pickups include [X] minutes of complimentary wait time from flight arrival. All other pickups include [X] minutes. Additional wait time is billed at the hourly rate.

For the safety of everyone, we may end a ride without refund if a passenger acts unsafely or unlawfully. Smoking and illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles. Alcohol is permitted only where allowed by Texas law for passengers 21 and over.

Passengers are responsible for damage to the vehicle caused during their ride. A cleaning fee of up to [AMOUNT] may be charged for spills, smoking or excessive mess.

We will make reasonable efforts to return items left in our vehicles but are not responsible for lost or forgotten property.

We plan around traffic and track flights, but we are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical issues or other events outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a ride is limited to the amount paid for that ride. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as missed flights or events.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
